Job Overview
Chalhoub Group, the leading luxury retail partner in the Middle East, is seeking a Customer Care Executive – Trainee to join its E-commerce team in Dubai. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships within a premium retail environment.
As part of the Customer Care team, you will act as a key brand ambassador, ensuring every customer interaction reflects Chalhoub Group’s commitment to excellence, personalization, and seamless omnichannel experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer support across multiple touchpoints, including enquiries, orders, returns, waiting lists, and preferences

Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized service solutions

Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, transforming challenging situations into positive outcomes

Maintain strict client confidentiality and comply with data protection and security policies

Follow internal processes and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery

Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve order, delivery, or return-related issues efficiently

Support sales objectives by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities during customer interactions

Contribute to achieving sales and service targets by maximizing every customer contact opportunity
Requirements

Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales, preferably within a luxury or premium environment

Strong communication skills in English and Arabic

Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
