AG Consulting Partners, Inc. is seeking a Cross Initiatives Manager to oversee global programs across various business streams, including Sustainability, Mining Industry Digital Platforms, Smart Cities, and more. This strategic leadership role will focus on program alignment, prioritization, and value realization to ensure business impact and alignment with corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align programs with strategic goals using OKRs, balanced scorecards, and roadmaps to drive portfolio performance.

• Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, feasibility, and business impact.

• Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple workstreams, managing timelines, risks, and escalations.

• Establish standardized project management tools, templates, and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

• Track KPIs and business metrics, including cost savings, revenue growth, and efficiency gains.

• Develop executive-ready dashboards and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership decisions.

• Oversee PMO governance, risk management, and process consistency to ensure delivery excellence.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing PMO team to drive innovation and alignment with business objectives.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across the project portfolio.

Job Requirements:

• 25+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior PMO leadership role.

• Proven expertise in portfolio management, program prioritization, and value-driven execution.

• Extensive experience managing large-scale programs with multiple vendors and partners.

• Strong background in project governance, resource planning, and risk management.

• Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management frameworks.

• Deep expertise in KPI tracking, ROI analysis, and executive decision support.

• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic communication skills.

• Recognized certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or AWS Certified Project Manager.

Additional Desired Skills:

• PMP, Smart Cities Professional Certification, or other relevant project management credentials.

• Background in digital transformation, enterprise system integration, or data governance.

• Experience working with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Familiarity with urban analytics tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Competitive salary range: $120,000 – $150,000 (1099 base salary).
