The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining product quality, and supporting daily operations. Candidates should be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and capable of handling cashier duties, product preparation, and hygiene standards in line with brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service, including after-sales support.

• Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.

• Support sales targets through upselling and suggestive selling.

• Maintain knowledge of products, packaging, and pricing.

• Follow daily production schedules and recipes per brand standards.

• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and prevent cross-contamination.

• Maintain cleanliness across workstation, product display, and back-of-house areas.

• Adhere to grooming and brand presentation standards.

• Report theft or irregularities promptly to the manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 1–2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in a similar role.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Fluency in English.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand standards.
