This full-time, hybrid role is ideal for an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in driving business outcomes, managing sales teams, and cultivating client relationships in the technology sector. The role involves managing a team of sales professionals, executing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve revenue targets and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coach a team of sales specialists and client managers to achieve sales targets.

Allocate territories, enforce sales procedures, and implement sales leadership strategies.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align local and global sales objectives.

Support sales teams in market engagement, strategic planning, and pipeline management.

Participate in key client meetings and advocate for NTT DATA’s services and solutions.

Plan and prioritize sales activities, streamline processes, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Mentor the sales team in areas such as client engagement, forecasting, and opportunity qualification.

Utilize sales tools (e.g., CRM) for account and pipeline management.
