Daikin Middle East and Africa is seeking a Corporate Planning Manager to lead and manage financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis. This role involves monitoring P&L, cost of sales, revenue, and expenses, along with overseeing the annual budget cycles and supporting quarterly and monthly financial estimations. The position also requires leveraging AI and advanced data analytics to enhance decision-making and efficiency within the finance department.

Skills & Experience Required:

💼 Experience – 7-8 years of relevant experience in FP&A and corporate finance, preferably in an MNC, and experience in the HVAC or related industry.
🌍 Regional Knowledge – Experience in corporate planning for the Middle East and Africa, with a strong understanding of the UAE and regional markets.
📊 Advanced Analytics Skills – Proficiency in data visualization and machine learning tools (e.g., Python, Power BI, Tableau).
📚 Educational Background – BA/Master’s in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
📈 Analytical Skills – Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel and planning capabilities.
🗣️ Language Skills – Arabic speaker is a plus.
