Job Title: Corporate Insurance Business Development Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Insurance Business Development Manager to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and tailored insurance solutions across property, liability, medical, and specialty lines. This role demands a strong understanding of corporate insurance programs, superior negotiation skills, and a consultative sales approach that aligns with the company’s long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage in high-level contract discussions and negotiations to secure beneficial agreements and strategic partnerships.

Develop and execute business development strategies that expand the corporate client portfolio and diversify revenue streams.

Conduct in-depth reviews of client risk exposures and insurance needs, providing comprehensive proposals with customized coverage.

Analyze quotations from multiple insurers, negotiate terms, and present optimal coverage recommendations to clients.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, service) to ensure smooth policy onboarding, client retention, and claims support.

Maintain strong relationships with key accounts through periodic visits, needs assessments, and solution-oriented consultation.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates (IA, DHA, HAAD), translating insights into action plans.

Create and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients, identifying key decision-makers within corporate organizations.

Contribute to marketing campaigns and product positioning strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
Technical & Strategic Functions:

Evaluate and identify gaps in existing insurance programs and propose corrective actions.

Conduct risk assessments and help clients complete detailed insurance questionnaires.

Ensure all documentation and policy terms are cross-verified and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Maintain a high level of client service post-policy issuance, supporting endorsements, claims, and queries efficiently.

Track KPIs such as revenue targets, renewal retention, collections, and operational compliance.
Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE insurance industry (medical and general insurance preferred).

Strong consultative sales and negotiation abilities.

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM and insurance software is a plus.

Ability to interpret and summarize insurance contracts clearly for clients.

Self-motivated, client-focused, with strong leadership potential.

Graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50%.
