Content Creator & Photographer

We are seeking a highly creative and multi-skilled Content Creator & Photographer to join our marketing team in Dubai. This hybrid role combines visual storytelling, photography, videography, and social media strategy, playing a key part in driving brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, understands regional trends, and can deliver high-quality visuals optimized for fast-paced social media environments.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production

• Plan, shoot, and direct professional photography and videography for products, lifestyle campaigns, and events.

• Capture visually compelling content aligned with brand guidelines and creative direction.

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit photos and videos to a professional standard, including color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and formatting for social platforms.

• Optimize content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels.

Social Media & Strategy

• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives and Dubai market trends.

• Write engaging, platform-specific captions, headlines, and short-form copy.

• Monitor and respond to emerging social media trends, viral sounds, and algorithm changes to maximize reach and engagement.

Asset & Equipment Management

• Manage, maintain, and organize all in-house camera, lighting, and production equipment.

• Ensure equipment is production-ready and handled responsibly.

Requirements

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Photographer, or Videographer, preferably within media, entertainment, or marketing environments.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, video production, and social media content.

• Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.

• Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content performance metrics.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and storytelling ability.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a marketing team.

Salary & Benefits
