TASC Outsourcing is hiring a Content Creator (Social Media Executive) to join their Dubai-based team. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a monthly salary between AED 5,000 to 6,000. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller with experience across various social media platforms, content tools, and analytics, capable of managing brand voice, engagement, and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging written, visual, and video content tailored to each social platform

• Manage content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube

• Interpret social media metrics using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or Sprout Social

• Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and maintain consistent brand voice

• Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activity

• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns

• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams on campaign execution

• Maintain strong time and project management across multiple platforms

• Contribute creative direction for brand storytelling and visual identity

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven content creation and social media management experience

• Deep platform knowledge: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube

• Experience with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social)

• Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent communication and community management skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

• Strong creative vision and attention to detail

• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
