KAIZEN Asset Management Services is seeking a highly creative and versatile Content Creator to join their dynamic marketing team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a passionate storyteller with a strong eye for visual design and a deep understanding of digital engagement. The Content Creator will be instrumental in elevating Kaizen’s brand presence across social media, property portals, and multimedia platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

🎥 Content Creation & Production

• Capture and produce high-quality videos and photography for properties, events, and brand campaigns.

• Film, edit, and publish podcast episodes and branded video content.

• Create visual content for social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.

• Support scripting, storyboarding, and post-production while aligning with Kaizen’s brand voice.

📱 Social Media & Digital Management

• Manage content calendars and publishing schedules across social media channels.

• Analyze engagement metrics and optimize strategies for growth and impact.

• Stay updated with digital trends to create innovative content ideas.

🏡 Property Portal Management

• Oversee and enhance property listings on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.

• Ensure accuracy, visual appeal, and alignment with branding standards.

🎤 Event Support & Coordination

• Assist in planning and executing internal events, including content capture and post-event promotion.

• Liaise with vendors to maintain quality standards for deliverables.

📊 Brand & Portfolio Audits

• Conduct quarterly audits to review brand consistency across all assets.

• Provide strategic insights for continuous improvement of marketing initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, photography, videography, or digital marketing.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects).

• Skilled in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, podcast equipment, and lighting setups.

• Familiarity with property portals (Bayut, Property Finder) is a plus.

• Strong grasp of content trends and best practices across digital channels.
