PwC Middle East is looking for a Consulting Director to join their Government and Public Sector business unit, specifically in the Strategy & Transformation Management Consulting team. This role involves leading and delivering strategic projects for public sector clients in the Middle East, focusing on organizational restructuring, service delivery models, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consulting and a strong understanding of the Middle Eastern business environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategy development, execution, and national transformation agendas within the Government and Public Sector.

Manage large, complex client engagements, delivering creative solutions to restructure organizational structures and service delivery models.

Oversee the quality of deliverables and manage functional and technical teams across transformation projects.

Develop proposals for business development activities and contribute to business growth.

Ensure exceptional project delivery, maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and accuracy.

Build long-lasting relationships with clients and provide insights for solving critical issues.
What We Are Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).

Experience: 12+ years of consulting experience, ideally with a focus on the public sector.

Skills: Strong communication skills (English is required; Arabic preferred), project management, and expertise in strategy development and process management.

Additional: Experience in the Middle East region is a plus, along with knowledge of local business environments.
