LIXIL is seeking a Compliance Manager to support and drive compliance initiatives across the MENA region. This hybrid, full-time role involves ensuring adherence to global and regional compliance standards, managing investigations, conducting risk assessments, and supporting training programs. The role requires collaboration with legal, HR, internal audit, and business teams to maintain consistent compliance practices across UAE, Egypt, and KSA.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute and monitor the compliance program across MENA, aligning with global and regional standards.

Conduct and document compliance investigations, ensuring follow-up and reporting.

Support Regional Compliance Committee meetings (agenda setting, updates collection, documentation).

Implement global and regional compliance initiatives, tools, and systems.

Monitor adherence to internal policies, including Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Trade Compliance, and Speak-Up Policy.

Support third-party due diligence and onboarding under the Third-Party Risk Management program.

Conduct compliance risk screenings, risk assessments, and employee surveys.

Deliver or coordinate compliance trainings, including onboarding and targeted refreshers.

Monitor local regulatory developments and ensure internal policy alignment.

Act as a point of contact for compliance-related queries from management and employees.

Prepare regular compliance reports for regional and global teams.
-
Coordinate communications during Compliance Week and awareness campaigns.

Collaborate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders.

Maintain organized documentation of compliance activities, trainings, and follow-ups.

Support external auditors or counsel with documentation and background information.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law; admitted/qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of compliance training, investigations, and risk management.

Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office.

Additional compliance qualification is an advantage.

Experience in IMEA jurisdictions, water technology, or sanitaryware industry is a plus.

Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency advantageous.

Willingness to travel and work in a cross-cultural, matrix organization.

Agility, adaptability, and ability to work outside standard hours when required.

Preferred location: UAE or Egypt.
