Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center (Sheraa) is seeking a full-time on-site Community Manager to build, manage, and grow the Sheraa founders community. The role involves onboarding businesses from Sharjah, the region, and internationally, designing and executing initiatives to increase engagement, managing community data, and developing benefits for members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with alumni and track their activities, sectors, and achievements.

• Support alumni engagement calendar and activities.

• Network with startups and prospective founders across industries in Sharjah and the region.

• Design and implement onboarding processes for new founders to become active community members.

• Manage and refine network benefits for startups within the Sheraa membership program.

• Foster inter-business collaborations, informal mentorships, and deal flows between members.

• Organize and manage regular community events, covering diverse business sectors.

• Collaborate with major Sharjah events to integrate Sheraa activities.

• Coordinate with Marketing to provide community-related content for promotions.

• Collect and provide data for quarterly departmental reports (MIS).

• Represent Sheraa at internal and external events and meetings.

Candidate Profile / Qualifications:

• Proven experience in community management, startup engagement, or related roles.

• Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage and execute events and initiatives for community growth.

• Skilled in data collection, reporting, and evaluating community engagement metrics.

• Experience in developing and managing membership programs is a plus.

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Sharjah.
