The successful candidate will play a critical role in crafting compelling content, managing media relations, and driving both internal and external communication efforts. You will help shape the organization’s narrative through digital content, press releases, media coordination, and reputation management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and corporate communications.

• Manage and curate content for digital platforms including the company website, intranet, and social media.

• Monitor media coverage and develop insightful reports for internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate press events, interviews, and public appearances.

• Foster and maintain relationships with media outlets, partners, and key stakeholders.

• Assist with internal communication efforts such as employee announcements and campaigns.

• Support crisis communication and reputation management activities.

• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand alignment across all channels.

• Gather audience feedback to optimize communication strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a communications, media, or PR role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CMS platforms and design tools is advantageous.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines effectively.
