Villa Rotana is seeking passionate and dynamic kitchen professionals for the role of Commis III on a 5-month contract. You will support the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of hygiene, food preparation, and cost control to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Support senior kitchen staff in daily operations and food preparation.

Maintain hygienic work areas according to hotel standards.

Control food stock and costs within your section.

Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production across kitchen sections.

Follow instructions from superiors to complete tasks.

Ensure consistent quality in food preparation.

Collaborate with other kitchen sections on cleanliness, waste management, and cost control.
Qualifications & Skills:

Professional chef training course.

Previous experience in a quality culinary establishment.

Good culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and preservation.

Proficient in English communication.

Positive, creative, and dedicated team player.
