As Commis I, you will contribute to the kitchen team by preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting smooth kitchen operations. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities in one of the world’s most prestigious hotel brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare meals with creativity, precision, and attention to detail.

• Maintain workstation cleanliness, supplies, and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.

• Assist with dishwashing and other kitchen duties as needed.

• Collaborate with the team and take on ad-hoc responsibilities as required.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 23 kg (50 lbs), with bending and kneeling.

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must meet local requirements for food handling and alcohol service.

• Warm personality with strong communication and teamwork skills.
