One&Only Resorts is seeking a Commis 2 for their Andaliman kitchen team at One&Only One Za’abeel in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of professional kitchen experience in luxury hotels, looking to advance their culinary career under award-winning chefs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and basic kitchen operations.

• Support chefs in daily kitchen tasks and maintain cleanliness and organization.

• Learn and develop culinary skills through hands-on training from senior chefs.

• Ensure timely and high-quality execution of dishes while maintaining hygiene standards.

• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service and efficiency.

• Contribute creatively to menu ideas and culinary initiatives as guided by senior chefs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–2 years of professional kitchen experience in an international luxury hotel.

• Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
