One&Only Resorts is seeking a Commis 2 for their Andaliman kitchen team at One&Only One Za’abeel in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of professional kitchen experience in luxury hotels, looking to advance their culinary career under award-winning chefs.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation and basic kitchen operations.

Support chefs in daily kitchen tasks and maintain cleanliness and organization.

Learn and develop culinary skills through hands-on training from senior chefs.

Ensure timely and high-quality execution of dishes while maintaining hygiene standards.

Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service and efficiency.

Contribute creatively to menu ideas and culinary initiatives as guided by senior chefs.
Qualifications & Skills:

1–2 years of professional kitchen experience in an international luxury hotel.

Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
