Goldwind, a leading global provider of clean energy and sustainable solutions, is hiring a Commercial Supervisor for its Dubai operations. This hybrid, full-time role is suited for professionals with strong experience in contract management and commercial operations within international projects.

The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts related to sales, services, and construction, managing procurement processes, supporting commercial bids, and ensuring seamless execution and control of commercial documents. This position requires cross-functional collaboration to align contract execution with overall regional business goals, risk control, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review contracts for international sales, services, and construction projects.

• Manage RFQ, RFP processes, and subcontract agreements for onshore procurement.

• Ensure smooth contract execution, updates, and internal team alignment across TSA, SAA, and warranty extensions.

• Develop and standardize internal transfer contracts, including PO, NDA, JV agreements, and more.

• Support contract negotiation processes and draft approval reports and contract abstracts.

• Assist in the creation of commercial bidding documentation.

• Provide commercial support for cost calculations and controls.

• Design and implement the annual sales base price.

• Optimize the quotation and contract review process, ensuring document standardization.

• Advise on tax and logistics considerations relevant to the UAE market.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong experience in commercial supervision or contract management in international projects.

• Deep understanding of legal terms, contract frameworks, and procurement procedures.

• Knowledge of tax and logistics scenarios in the UAE.

• Proficiency in handling complex documentation and interdepartmental coordination.
