This role focuses primarily on retail properties, but the consultant will also be involved with warehouses, plots of land, industrial spaces, and buildings. The ideal candidate will have expertise in property rentals, lease agreements, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify investment opportunities through key contacts and market research.

• Manage property rental processes by advertising and filling vacancies.

• Liaise with clients to meet their rental and property needs.

• Prepare lease and sales agreements, along with all necessary documentation.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in database programs.

• Follow up on all paperwork and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of contract reading, budget calculation, and legislative requirements.

• Awareness of current market rates and real estate regulations in Dubai.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.

• Experience in commercial property management or sales is preferred.
