Job Overview:
TASC Outsourcing is hiring a Collections Officer/Collections Agent (Banking Sector) for a 12-month extendable outsourced contract in Dubai. The role involves managing delinquent accounts, negotiating payment solutions, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Candidates must have strong communication and customer service skills, with prior experience in banking collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers with delinquent accounts via phone, email, or other communication channels.

• Negotiate payment plans and provide flexible repayment options to customers facing financial difficulties.

• Resolve queries related to accounts, payments, and outstanding debts.

• Investigate billing discrepancies and account disputes to ensure smooth recovery.

• Maintain respectful and professional communication while following company and regulatory guidelines.

• Identify collection trends and support the development of strategies for effective debt recovery.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in debt collection and recovery.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a bank or financial institution is mandatory.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and professionalism.

• Problem-solving skills to address payment issues and disputes.

• Knowledge of banking collections processes and compliance standards.

• Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000
