Position Title: Specialty Coffee & Roastery Operations Manager

A leading all-day dining destination in Dubai, renowned for its specialty coffee, comfort cuisine, and elevated dining experiences.

Role Overview:
This role is responsible for leading all aspects of the coffee roasting operation while ensuring consistency and quality across multiple branches. The ideal candidate brings technical roasting expertise, sourcing knowledge, and leadership capabilities to manage the end-to-end coffee supply chain and uphold specialty coffee standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all roasting operations, ensuring optimal roast profiles to maximize bean flavor and quality.

• Regularly maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot roasting machines and related equipment.

• Design and execute comprehensive barista training programs to standardize beverage quality across locations.

• Source premium green coffee beans by evaluating origins, varietals, and processing methods.

• Negotiate supply contracts, oversee inventory, and foster supplier relationships.

• Utilize roasting software and inventory tools for data-driven decision-making.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in coffee roasting with expertise in multiple roast profiles.

• Skilled in sourcing green beans and managing inventories, with a strong grasp of cupping, quality control, and flavor development.

• Excellent team management, training, and communication abilities.

• Technically adept in roasting systems and digital inventory platforms.

• Must currently be based in the UAE.
