SaralRaasta, a next-generation route optimization and fleet management SaaS platform, is seeking a Co-Founder & Growth Lead for its MENA expansion. This is a unique opportunity to join the founding team, lead business growth, and contribute an initial investment. The role focuses on scaling operations, building partnerships, fundraising, and shaping the logistics landscape across UAE, KSA, Egypt, and the GCC.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead go-to-market strategy and MENA expansion.

Build strategic partnerships with logistics companies, e-commerce players, healthcare/NEMT providers, and enterprise fleets.

Contribute as a co-founder with initial capital investment.

Engage with regional investors, accelerators, and corporate partners for fundraising.

Assemble and grow local sales and operations teams.

Drive growth and operational excellence across multiple markets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Based in UAE, KSA, Egypt, or has strong GCC networks.

Proven experience in logistics, SaaS, or fleet management (sales, growth, or operations).

Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership-driven, and scalable business experience.

Strong network with logistics operators, e-commerce players, healthcare transport providers, or regulators.

Ability to commit initial investment alongside co-founders.
