Royal Fresh Exports is a newly established export company headquartered in India, focused on delivering premium-quality fresh fruits and vegetables to international markets. As part of our strategic growth, we are seeking a visionary Co-Founder to be based in Dubai, with a strong understanding of the Middle East and African markets.

This is a high-impact leadership role that offers equity participation and the opportunity to shape and scale a business from the ground up. The ideal candidate is an industry expert with deep regional experience, strong commercial acumen, and a robust network in the fresh produce export/import sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Sourcing & Development:

  • Identify and source new business opportunities in Dubai and the broader Middle East region.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and logistics partners.

• Contract Negotiation:

  • Lead contract discussions and finalize agreements with clients, distributors, and third parties.

• Market Expansion:

  • Create and execute strategic plans to expand company presence across Middle East and African markets.

• Collaboration:

  • Coordinate closely with the India-based operations team to ensure seamless logistics, supply chain, and delivery execution.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in the fruits and vegetables export/import industry, preferably with a strong focus on the Middle East and Africa.

• Industry Network: A well-established network including buyers, wholesalers, logistics providers, and suppliers.

• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and business development skills.

• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a strong advantage.
