Cluster Learning & Development Executive

Marriott International, the world’s leading hotel company, is seeking a passionate and innovative Cluster Learning & Development Executive to support a group of five iconic hotel brands: W Dubai – Mina Seyahi, The Westin, Le Méridien, Aloft, and Element. Based at the Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, this full-time, on-site position plays a critical role in shaping the talent and training culture within the cluster.

As a Cluster Learning & Development Executive, you will lead and coordinate the execution of Marriott’s world-class training programs. You’ll be responsible for energizing employee development, enhancing leadership capabilities, and creating an engaging onboarding experience. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone with a passion for people, learning, and performance who wants to make a meaningful impact in the hospitality industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and coordinate high-impact training workshops, orientation sessions, and leadership development programs.

  • Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating hotel associates across the cluster.

  • Support a culture of continuous learning and development aligned with Marriott’s global service standards.

  • Maintain training records, evaluate outcomes, and identify learning needs and gaps.

  • Collaborate closely with HR and operations teams to ensure learning goals are integrated with business strategy.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

  • Use Marriott systems to enter, track, and report training data.

  • Comply with all safety, security, and uniform standards.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent (college degree preferred).

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in Learning & Development or related HR roles.

    • 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • A team-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for employee growth and training.

  • Comfortable using training systems and learning platforms.

  • Ability to work on-site and be present across different hotel locations within the cluster.
