Sara Ariadna, a fitness-focused company specializing in nutrition and training services, is seeking an empathetic, outgoing, and sales-driven professional for the role of CLOSER. This position involves closing high and medium-ticket online fitness advisory services through video calls, maintaining client CRM records, and managing renewal conversations with existing clients. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales closing, basic fitness knowledge, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct video calls with potential leads to sell online fitness advisory services.

Maintain and update CRM records including contacted clients, closed deals, and lost opportunities.

Hold video calls with existing clients to manage tariff renewals.

Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must be a resident of Spain (mandatory).

Excellent interpersonal skills and a wide vocabulary.

Previous experience in sales closing, preferably in high or medium-ticket deals.

Basic knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and training.

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools like Canva, WhatsApp, CapCut, Adobe, CRM platforms, and Airtable.

Strong empathy, active listening, and teamwork spirit.
Benefits:

€2,000 – €5,000/month (Base + Commissions).
