The successful candidate will assist senior associates in managing client journeys, ensuring accurate data handling, compliance, and operational excellence in delivering financial life management services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior associates in client service delivery and daily operations.

• Manage account openings, business application processing, and document compliance.

• Perform system updates, CRM data entry, and reconciliations.

• Respond to client and adviser queries, ensuring exceptional service.

• Perform QA checks on client reports and communications.

• Coordinate with internal teams for workflow implementation and improvement.

• Handle transactions, fee validations, and client communications.

• Contribute to ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar client service role.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and MS Office.

• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
