Job Title: Client Engagement & Data Manager

Job Description:

Chanel is looking for an experienced, insights-driven Client Engagement & Data Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of client engagement strategies across all divisions in the Middle East, while actively contributing to the Europe digital roadmap. This is a unique opportunity to merge digital innovation, data intelligence, and luxury retail in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

As a key strategic player, you will drive the transformation of the client experience by leveraging data analytics, CRM, and digital tools. You’ll ensure Chanel’s omnichannel journey is elevated, impactful, and aligned with the highest standards of luxury and personalization.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Insights

  • Deploy and monitor CRM strategies across all divisions, including client targeting, campaign execution, and performance tracking.

  • Enhance clienteling initiatives through tool implementation, training, and KPI monitoring.

  • Lead the F&B Loyalty Program execution, optimizing engagement and customer retention.

  • Bridge online and offline experiences by driving omnichannel client journey strategies in partnership with e-commerce, retail, and marketing teams.

  • Oversee the RSVP process and client segmentation for high-touch events.

  • Develop and distribute market-specific client intelligence reports to drive business decisions.

Data Management & Stewardship

  • Act as the market expert for client data insights, ensuring high data quality and actionable analysis.

  • Collaborate with the European data team to address discrepancies and maintain a clean, reliable database.

  • Use data to highlight business opportunities and support internal stakeholders in problem-solving.

  • Drive a culture of data ownership and insight-sharing across the local team.

Digital Tools & Transformation

  • Manage local rollouts of client-related digital tools, including MBA/MLBB systems, and support adoption across POS.

  • Implement systems from Europe that enhance data consistency and 360-degree client views.

  • Lead change management efforts to embed digital transformation at every level of the organization.

  • Optimize Chanel’s presence on digital touchpoints (Google, third-party sites) to maintain brand excellence and visibility.

Community Building & Representation

  • Animate the local ambassador community and share best practices to encourage adoption and consistency.

  • Represent the Middle East market in European digital communities, contributing insights, successes, and challenges.

Who You Are:

  • 7–8 years of experience in data analytics, CRM, and digital project management, ideally in retail or luxury.

  • Strong leadership and transversal project management abilities.

  • Strategic, analytical, and impact-focused with a collaborative mindset.

  • Curious, culturally aware, and driven by innovation.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and CRM/digital platforms.

  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
