Deliver cleaning and related customer services to agreed standards within assigned areas.

Maintain hygienic standards by following client and industry best practices.

Complete all cleaning tasks as trained and instructed.

Empty and replace liners for all waste types, ensuring proper disposal according to regulations.

Uphold high standards of personal hygiene and infection control.
-
Work flexibly to support colleagues and assist other team members when needed.
-
Ensure customer satisfaction and communicate effectively with staff at all levels.

Liaise with Cleaning Team Leaders and the Cleaning Manager for operational requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in a similar cleaning role is an advantage.
-
Familiarity with cleaning methodologies, machinery, and equipment.
-
High School Diploma preferred.
-
Understanding of cleaning practices, HSQE requirements, and safe work procedures.
-
Good command of English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
-
Strong customer focus and teamwork skills.
-
Physically fit and able to work on large-scale sites for extended periods.

Full-time role under the MELABS contract in Dubai.
