• Deliver cleaning and related customer services to agreed standards within assigned areas.

• Maintain hygienic standards by following client and industry best practices.

• Complete all cleaning tasks as trained and instructed.

• Empty and replace liners for all waste types, ensuring proper disposal according to regulations.

• Uphold high standards of personal hygiene and infection control.

• Work flexibly to support colleagues and assist other team members when needed.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and communicate effectively with staff at all levels.

• Liaise with Cleaning Team Leaders and the Cleaning Manager for operational requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar cleaning role is an advantage.

• Familiarity with cleaning methodologies, machinery, and equipment.

• High School Diploma preferred.

• Understanding of cleaning practices, HSQE requirements, and safe work procedures.

• Good command of English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

• Strong customer focus and teamwork skills.

• Physically fit and able to work on large-scale sites for extended periods.
