Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Civil 3D Modeller to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on road and highway infrastructure projects using Autodesk Civil 3D and a deep understanding of UAE standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-profile transport infrastructure projects in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain detailed models using Civil 3D (corridors, surfaces, alignments, profiles, assemblies).

• Coordinate BIM, survey, drainage, and utility data with design teams.

• Generate reports including quantity take-offs, earthwork volumes, and cross-sections.

• Perform clash detection using BIM 360 and Navisworks.

• Apply UAE design standards including DM, RTA, and ADNOC regulations.

• Prepare technical drawings for review and submission.

• Develop Civil 3D templates and scripts to streamline workflows.

• Support all design phases including tender documentation and construction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Autodesk Civil 3D modelling (roads & highways).

• Proven portfolio of large-scale infrastructure modelling projects.

• Strong knowledge of UAE RTA and Dubai Municipality design guidelines.

Technical Skills:

• Software: Autodesk Civil 3D (expert), Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.

• Modelling: Corridors, grading, pipe networks, surface and profile creation.

• Reporting: Quantity take-offs, earthworks calculations, clash coordination.

• Automation (Desirable): Scripting using Dynamo or Python.

• GIS Integration: ArcGIS or QGIS familiarity is a plus.

• Certifications: Autodesk Certified Professional – Civil 3D (preferred).
