Citi is looking for a Citigold Relationship Banker to manage and grow relationships with CitiGold clients. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves advising clients on financial products, supporting asset allocation, organizing client events, and ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations. The ideal candidate has strong relationship management skills and significant experience in private banking or wealth management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess CitiGold clients’ financial needs and asset allocation.

• Advise clients on tailored financial products and services to enhance relationships.

• Organize client events to strengthen engagement and loyalty.

• Acquire new CitiGold clients through referrals and proactive outreach.

• Ensure strict adherence to KYC/AML and other compliance standards.

• Monitor risk and provide guidance for business decisions while protecting Citi’s reputation.

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless client experiences.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or related fields.

• Previous experience in client relationship management within financial services preferred.

• Strong ability to manage relationships, prioritize tasks, and deliver results.

• Mandatory certifications for selling financial products.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and advisory skills.
