Role Overview:
As CEO, you will set the company’s strategic direction, lead cross-functional teams, build high-level partnerships, and drive top-line revenue. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a multicultural team of 30+ professionals, with 3–4 direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the company’s long-term global growth and expansion strategy

Lead high-performing teams across client advisory, operations, legal, and sales

Oversee financial performance, including P&L ownership, cost optimization, and revenue generation

Cultivate and manage strong relationships with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and global partners

Ensure full compliance with international immigration and investment regulations

Represent the company at high-profile conferences, media forums, and government events
Success Metrics & Expectations:
Performance will be measured through clearly defined KPIs in the following areas:

Revenue Growth: YoY sales growth, revenue per client, and lead conversion rates

Market Expansion: New market activations, partnerships signed, and channel development

HNW/UHNW Client Acquisition: Onboarding volume, referral rates, and relationship longevity

Institutional Relations: Quality and depth of government and institutional partnerships
Ideal Candidate Profile:

20+ years of experience, with 12–15 years in leadership roles within citizenship by investment, wealth management, or immigration law

Proven success in scaling global businesses and managing cross-border operations

Strong track record with HNW/UHNW clientele and family offices
-
Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in investment migration

Exceptional leadership, communication, and diplomatic skills

Based in or willing to relocate to the United Arab Emirates
