Dubai Careers is seeking a Chief Employee Relations Officer (Emirati only) to oversee employee affairs services, ensure compliance with Dubai Government HR Law, manage grievances, and provide strategic insights for policy and procedure improvements. The role also involves reporting, data analysis, and conducting awareness workshops for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and work forms in line with Dubai Government HR Law.

  • Enhance and maintain the employee affairs database; recommend improvements.

  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze employee feedback, and propose recommendations.

  • Audit grievance requests, employee leaves, health insurance, and correspondence processes.

  • Provide reports, statistics, and analysis to support organizational decision-making.

  • Conduct educational workshops for employees on HR procedures and systems.

  • Oversee processes for end-of-service, absenteeism, retirement, and resignations; coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, and Planning divisions.

  • Support the Division Head with data-driven insights for effective decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with information security policies.

  • Perform any other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Candidate Profile / Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent – no experience required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent – 2 years’ experience in HR required.

  • Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent – 8 years’ experience in HR required.

  • Must be UAE national.
