Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present Western cuisine dishes with consistency and quality

  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed

  • Collaborate with senior chefs to maintain kitchen efficiency and service flow

  • Support mise en place preparation and assist in kitchen operations during busy service hours

  • Uphold Hyatt brand standards in food presentation and service

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation

  • Adapt flexibly to guest requests and operational needs


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef Commis or 2 years as an Apprentice in a reputable hotel or restaurant

  • Strong foundation in basic culinary skills, especially Western cuisine

  • Solid understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices

  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to guest satisfaction

  • Culinary certificate or equivalent preferred

  • Passionate about food, detail-driven, and eager to learn in a high-paced environment
