Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present Western cuisine dishes with consistency and quality

Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed

Collaborate with senior chefs to maintain kitchen efficiency and service flow

Support mise en place preparation and assist in kitchen operations during busy service hours

Uphold Hyatt brand standards in food presentation and service

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Adapt flexibly to guest requests and operational needs
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef Commis or 2 years as an Apprentice in a reputable hotel or restaurant

Strong foundation in basic culinary skills, especially Western cuisine

Solid understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices
-
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to guest satisfaction

Culinary certificate or equivalent preferred

Passionate about food, detail-driven, and eager to learn in a high-paced environment
