Role Overview:
We are seeking a Data Analyst – Consumer Analytics to join our central analytics team. This role will support multiple luxury brands across the Group, delivering actionable insights, optimizing business strategies, and ensuring data accuracy. If you have a passion for retail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to turn data into strategic decisions, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reporting & Dashboarding

  • Maintain and improve standard and brand-specific dashboards in Looker.

  • Enable “self-serve” analytics for brand teams.

2. Customer Insights & Analysis

  • Deliver ad-hoc and periodic customer insights reports.

  • Analyze demographics, product preferences, omnichannel behavior, and customer lifecycle patterns.

  • Provide insights to support campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events.

3. Data Quality & Management

  • Verify data ingestion and perform gap analysis.

  • Resolve data issues in coordination with IT and data teams.

4. Metrics & Business Logic

  • Implement brand-specific attributes, metrics, and segmentation models in Looker and Salesforce.

5. Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with marketing, CRM, e-commerce, and product teams.

  • Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of analytics experience, ideally in retail or e-commerce.

  • Strong SQL skills; experience with Looker.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a central analytics team supporting multiple brands.

  • Knowledge of retail KPIs, customer lifecycle metrics, and personalization strategies.

Tools You’ll Use:

  • Salesforce Service Cloud – Customer data management.

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud – Campaign and journey tracking.

  • Looker – Dashboards and data exploration.

  • SQL – Data extraction and transformation.
