Deliveroo is hiring a Category Management and Pricing Analyst to join its growing Deliveroo Hop team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position plays a vital role in shaping selection, pricing, and promotional strategies across multiple international markets including the UAE, UK, and Italy. Deliveroo Hop is the company’s speedy grocery delivery service, designed to deliver fresh groceries within 20 minutes. With operations expanding rapidly, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the most ambitious on-demand delivery services globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct category range reviews for different international markets.

• Develop and refine SOPs to improve internal processes.

• Act as a strategic liaison between internal stakeholders to create actionable ranging plans.

• Lead development and optimization of pricing, selection, and promotional reporting.

• Analyze data across multiple sources and present actionable insights.

• Automate solutions and continuously collect feedback to improve systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in program/project management or data analysis, ideally within e-commerce, food delivery, or retail.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL; Python is preferred.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Proven experience in end-to-end program ownership and strategy development.

• Excellent communication and planning skills.
