We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Cashier to join our team in Dubai. The role is responsible for processing customer transactions accurately while delivering a high standard of customer service in line with company policies and UAE regulations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner.

• Accurately scan items and process sales transactions efficiently.

• Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.

• Issue receipts, refunds, and correct change with accuracy.

• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and report discrepancies promptly.

• Assist customers with billing inquiries and provide basic service information.

• Ensure the cashier counter and work area remain clean and organized.

• Comply with company procedures, security policies, and UAE labor regulations.

• Coordinate with supervisors to support daily sales reporting and reconciliation.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a cashier is preferred.

• Basic mathematical and computer skills.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Proficiency in English (mandatory).

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Honest, punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Salary & Benefits
