Emirates is seeking professional and customer-oriented Cabin Crew to provide exceptional service to passengers while ensuring safety and comfort on board. As the face of Emirates, cabin crew members represent the airline’s values of professionalism, empathy, and cultural awareness. This part-time role combines hospitality, safety management, and teamwork in a dynamic international environment based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver world-class customer service, assisting passengers with queries and ensuring a positive flight experience.

• Manage aircraft safety, security, and emergency procedures confidently.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth in-flight operations.

• Adapt to diverse passenger needs while maintaining Emirates’ service standards.

• Participate in training programs at Emirates’ state-of-the-art facility in Dubai to maintain skills and knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.

• High school graduate (Grade 12) or equivalent.

• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

• Minimum height of 160 cm and ability to reach 212 cm on tiptoes.

• No visible tattoos while in uniform.

• Ability to work flexible and demanding schedules while maintaining a solution-oriented attitude.

• Culturally aware, professional, empathetic, and team-oriented.

• Must meet UAE employment visa requirements.

Salary & Benefits:

• Tax-free salary.

• Starting salary & flying pay: AED 4,430 basic + AED 63.75 per flight hour (~AED 10,170/month average for Grade II Economy Class).

• Meal allowances for night stops.

• Company-provided hotel accommodation and transport to/from the airport.
