This role will lead market expansion, partnership efforts, and the development of go-to-market strategies to drive the company’s growth and influence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, market intelligence, and team leadership in the tech, agri-tech, or climate tech sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire business development cycle from market identification to deal closure and post-sales support.

Gather and analyze market intelligence on industry trends, ensuring Nabat stays ahead in the sector.

Maintain close engagement with end users and stakeholders to understand evolving industry needs.

Define and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies to expand Nabat’s market presence.

Develop and refine pricing strategies to optimize profitability and competitiveness.

Build and manage a commercial pipeline to ensure sustained business growth.

Lead and empower the Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Drive the formation and management of go-to-market and channel partnerships.
Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in business development or related roles within technology, agri-tech, or climate tech sectors.

Proven ability in strategic planning, market expansion, and team leadership.

Experience in establishing operational frameworks to enhance business efficiency.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
