Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives across key business sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role offers the chance to work within a diversified investment group with opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, market trends, and partnerships across AKI’s sectors (Retail, FMCG, Healthcare, Contracting, etc.).

• Develop and implement strategic plans for growth and market expansion.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

• Lead negotiations and prepare proposals for new business opportunities and partnerships.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support business decisions.

• Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and economic trends.

• Represent AKI at industry events and exhibitions to enhance brand presence and network.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

• 5+ years of proven experience in business development, corporate strategy, or investment advisory—preferably in the MENA region.

• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of AKI’s sectors.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
