Role Overview

An established IT services company in Dubai is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (Malayalam Speaker) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across the UAE market.

This role is ideal for a commercially focused professional with strong UAE market experience, a proven ability to close B2B deals, and exposure to technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the UAE

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders

• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure

• Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and commercial offers

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives

• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records

• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the IT sector

Candidate Requirements

• 4–5 years of UAE experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or management-level business development role

• Proven background in business development, B2B sales, or account management

• Experience or exposure to the IT / technology services industry is a strong advantage

• Fluent Malayalam speaker with strong English communication skills

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities

• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently

• Must be currently based in the UAE
