NOV is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Artificial Lift portfolio in Dubai. This position is responsible for business development in the Gulf (GCC) region, with a focus on Progressive Cavity Pumps (PCP), Rod Lift Accessories (RLA), Automation (AUTO), and Hydraulic Pumping Units (HPU). The role involves promoting NOV’s artificial lift products, building relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a technical understanding of PCP systems and experience in business development within the oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote NOV’s artificial lift verticals (PCP, RLA, AUTO, HPU) in the GCC region.

Report on sales activities through the company CRM platform.

Coordinate sales processes and product qualification.

Complete monthly financial revenue forecasting reports.

Work with the legal team for agreements and contracts.
-
Achieve product qualification and revenue targets.

Travel up to 50% within the Gulf region, with possible travel to MENA and Asia.
Qualifications:
-
1-3+ years of experience in sales and operations of Artificial Lift systems in an oilfield environment.

1-3+ years of business development experience, ideally in the oil and gas industry.

Technical knowledge of artificial lift design, manufacture, and installation.

Degree in Engineering.

Experience with CRM platforms and financial forecasting.

Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
Desirable Skills:

Additional technical knowledge of AUTO, RLA, and HPU.

Experience with CFER and S-ROD design software.

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
