Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity Solutions, you’ll be responsible for expanding the company’s footprint in the UAE by identifying new opportunities, nurturing key relationships, and offering cutting-edge cybersecurity software solutions. This role requires a hands-on approach to sales strategy, market engagement, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the cybersecurity space.

Build and maintain a robust network of partners, VARs, system integrators, and enterprise clients.

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and pre-sales, to deliver a seamless client experience.

Stay ahead of industry trends and evolving cybersecurity threats to position relevant vendor solutions (Fortinet, F5, Palo Alto, Check Point, etc.).
Skills & Competencies:

Strong B2B sales background with proven success in cybersecurity or enterprise software sales.

Established network in the UAE across partners, resellers, and government sectors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset focused on value-based selling.

Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and emerging technologies like AI and analytics.
Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

4–5 years of hands-on experience in the UAE cybersecurity or IT security market.

Prior experience in channel sales, vendor engagement, and enterprise client management.
