With a market-proven product and a growing global presence, we are expanding our footprint in the UAE and seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our client acquisition and relationship management efforts. This is a high-impact role combining strategic business development with client training and product implementation. As the BDM, you will play a key role in driving sales, onboarding clients, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction, all while working with a cutting-edge SaaS product.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development:

Identify, target, and engage with prospective B2B clients in the UAE automotive market.

Strategically approach key decision-makers to present tailored software solutions.

Lead face-to-face or virtual meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing deals.

Maintain accurate records and reporting of sales activities within CRM systems.
2. Client Onboarding & Product Implementation:

Act as a product expert, providing advisory support during client onboarding.

Train client teams on product usage, customization options, and best practices.
-
Gather structured client feedback and relay it to the product and support teams for continuous improvement.

Ensure seamless product implementation and exceptional client satisfaction after the sale.
Candidate Requirements:

Fluency in both English and Arabic.

Solid experience in B2B field sales, particularly within the tech, SaaS, or automotive sectors.

Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing deals with C-level executives.

Experience with car dealership operations or automotive software is a significant advantage.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and results-oriented.
