Stryker is seeking a Business Development Manager to develop sales and implement strategies for their Vocera portfolio (Clinical Communication and Workflow) in the Middle East region. The role will be based in Dubai, with regular travel across the UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Stryker Vocera products to meet customer needs

Identify, qualify, and close new customer sales opportunities

Plan and implement effective sales strategies for the territory, maintaining accurate sales forecasts

Build and maintain relationships with executives and key customers, advancing opportunities efficiently

Conduct solution-focused presentations, coordinating the involvement of internal teams
-
Ensure effective collaboration with internal partners and external distributors
-
Propose and discover new business opportunities through potential partners
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, Medical, or related fields
-
IT/Biomedical/Medical Engineering background

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in communication and information systems for hospitals and clinics

Experience in both direct and indirect sales

Proven proficiency in managing complex sales cycles
-
Strong understanding of healthcare communication technology trends
-
Ability to convert leads into new relationships and closed deals
-
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
