Loylogic is hiring a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead sales initiatives within the Banking sector in the GCC market. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai is ideal for a strategic and consultative sales expert with a passion for driving revenue and expanding client relationships. The candidate will manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closure—while delivering value-based sales solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed annual sales quotas and revenue targets

Develop and execute strategic sales and account plans

Build and maintain senior-level relationships in the banking industry (CMO, Head of Loyalty, Head of Cards)

Drive partner acquisition and close strategic partnerships

Manage sales pipeline and CRM data accurately (preferably using Hubspot)

Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives with partners
-
Maintain competitive intelligence and communicate unique selling points
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in selling complex business software or IT solutions

Extensive relationships within the finance/banking industry (50+ senior-level contacts preferred)

Regional experience in the UAE or KSA is essential

Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets

Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with SaaS/cloud-based solutions is a strong advantage
