Genetic Callnet Consultancy Pvt Ltd. is seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to join its FMCG division in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role focuses on driving B2B sales in the HORECA sector, generating new business opportunities, and strengthening partnerships with hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.
Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.

Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.

Develop strategies to expand market share and grow the client base.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years of proven experience in HORECA B2B sales within the UAE (FMCG or foodservice sector preferred).

Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi market and an established client network.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
-
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Valid UAE driving license.
