Role Description
A&A Associate is looking for a Business Development Executive who thrives in an agency environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, building relationships, and overseeing the smooth onboarding of new accounts. This is a client-facing role, requiring strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and proactively reach out to potential clients via networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry events.

• Pitch and sell the agency’s digital marketing services, including performance marketing, branding, web development, media production, and content marketing.

• Create tailored proposals, decks, and strategies to suit each prospect’s needs and business goals.

• Own the client onboarding process from signed deals to smooth campaign kick-offs in collaboration with internal teams.

• Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and engagement.

• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure that pitches and proposals align with the agency’s capabilities.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of business development experience in a marketing or advertising agency (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of agency services, including branding, digital marketing, content creation, performance campaigns, SEO, and social media.

• Proven ability to independently acquire and onboard new clients.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.

• Familiarity with UAE/GCC markets and an existing network is a plus.
