We are currently partnering with a prestigious US-based international law firm to hire a Business Development Coordinator for their Dubai office. This opportunity is exclusively open to Emirati candidates (with Family Book) who are eager to build a career in business development and marketing within the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing client proposals, briefings, and internal presentations

• Maintain and update lawyer profiles, marketing materials, and CRM databases

• Support the execution of events, sponsorships, and legal directory submissions (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500)

• Help coordinate marketing communications including newsletters, client alerts, and updates

• Track BD activities, manage invoices, and generate reports for internal teams

• Work closely with lawyers and business development professionals across regional offices

Candidate Requirements:

• Nationality: UAE National (Family Book required)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Experience: 1–2 years in business development, marketing, legal support, or administrative roles

• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written); strong proofreading and formatting abilities

• Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, highly organized, deadline-driven, and strong communication skills
