We are currently partnering with a prestigious US-based international law firm to hire a Business Development Coordinator for their Dubai office. This opportunity is exclusively open to Emirati candidates (with Family Book) who are eager to build a career in business development and marketing within the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing client proposals, briefings, and internal presentations

Maintain and update lawyer profiles, marketing materials, and CRM databases

Support the execution of events, sponsorships, and legal directory submissions (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500)

Help coordinate marketing communications including newsletters, client alerts, and updates
-
Track BD activities, manage invoices, and generate reports for internal teams

Work closely with lawyers and business development professionals across regional offices
Candidate Requirements:

Nationality: UAE National (Family Book required)

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience: 1–2 years in business development, marketing, legal support, or administrative roles

Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written); strong proofreading and formatting abilities

Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, highly organized, deadline-driven, and strong communication skills
