✨ Job Description:
As a Brand Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of Elizabeth Arden across both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retail channels. You’ll be responsible for executing brand strategies, ensuring strong market presence, and driving sales performance across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Brand Execution: Assist in implementing 360° marketing plans aligned with global brand guidelines, including in-store activations, digital campaigns, and promotional calendars.

E-commerce Management: Work closely with e-retail partners to optimize online brand presentation and grow rankings, ensuring product pages, visuals, content, pricing, and stock availability are well-managed.

Sales & Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, analyze sell-out data, and assist with forecasting. Formulate yearly agreements and joint business plans with retail partners to drive profitability.

Promotions & Campaigns: Support planning and executing trade promotions and marketing activities to boost sales and traffic.

Competitor Monitoring: Stay updated on market trends, competitive activities, and consumer behavior, providing actionable insights to management and global teams.

Collaboration & Coordination: Coordinate with supply chain, commercial, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
-
4-7 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty industry, with a focus on e-commerce and retail operations.

Proven track record in driving e-commerce growth (sell-out, sell-in, ranking) and optimizing retail counter performance.

Strong go-to-market knowledge, capable of leading strategies through distributors and partners.

Solid skincare expertise; experience in the category is highly preferred.

Proficiency in Arabic and/or French is a plus.

Strong leadership potential, results-driven mindset, and commercial acumen.
