Job Summary

The Brand Ambassador will build and nurture strong relationships with prestige clients in Dubai and the Middle East, focusing on on-trade channels such as hotels, restaurants, private clubs, and bars. This role involves client training, product tastings, brand activations, and driving market growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, sommeliers, F&B directors, bar managers, and teams

• Conduct hospitality team training and deliver Saicho Tea Masterclass programs

• Support accounts with promotional activities and high-quality service

• Lead brand activations to enhance market presence

• Assist in perfect serve strategy and brand storytelling initiatives

• Represent Saicho at industry events and network to build connections

• Collaborate with sales and marketing for aligned brand strategies

• Drive distributor efforts to expand market footprint

• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic plans

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions

• Prepare and submit regular reports to internal and global teams

Key Skills and Experience

• Based in Dubai

• WSET Level 3 or Tea Sommelier equivalent qualification

• Proven hospitality experience with wine, champagne, or spirits

• Skilled in conducting tutored tastings

• Strong knowledge of luxury hotels and restaurants

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Outgoing personality with relationship-building ability

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

• Fluency in English

• Passion for luxury goods, tea, and non-alcoholic beverages is a plus
