This role is ideal for UAE Nationals looking to grow within the building management systems (BMS) domain while gaining hands-on experience in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate as part of the BMS Control Room team to monitor and manage all building systems.

• Assist fellow control room staff with daily operational duties.

• Monitor systems such as security, lighting, fire alarms, HVAC, lifts, and other critical infrastructure.

• Conduct regular system checks to ensure optimal performance and report any irregularities.

• Coordinate with internal teams or external vendors to address technical issues.

• Record and escalate incidents or technical faults to supervisors or higher management.

• Maintain and update records related to system performance, staff shifts, and attendance.

• Assist with basic IT functions and use software tools as required for reporting and documentation.

• Participate in training sessions to stay updated with new technologies or protocols.

• Comply with health and safety standards and assist in maintaining related documentation.

• Support temporary staffing documentation when needed.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Completion of National Service is mandatory.

• Strong willingness to learn, ability to follow instructions, and flexibility to work in shifts.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with data entry systems.

• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
